As we can’t currently meet face to face in local stroke peer-support groups, we hold twice-monthly catch up’s on Zoom. It’s an opportunity to get together, talk to people who understand and share tips and experiences over a cup of tea.

There is no specific agenda for these sessions, but it is designed to be a safe space where people can talk openly and honestly.
Once the session has started, we will do a general welcome and then put all participants into breakout rooms, with a small number of people to ensure that you are able to have a good conversation in which everyone is able to participate. Each of these breakout rooms will have a facilitator.
There is no need for you to book a place on this session, you can simply join on the day, but so we get an approximate idea about numbers please could you let us know in the comments below, or by emailing info@differentstrokes.co.uk, if you will be joining us.
