Recovering from a stroke can be challenging, and access to ongoing rehabilitation is not always available. That’s why we’ve created a library of over 100 free stroke-specific exercise videos designed to help stroke survivors at every stage of recovery.
Our online exercise programmes:

- Suitable for all ability levels, from seated exercises to advanced strength training.
- Adaptable, allowing you to work at your own pace and find exercises that meet your needs.

Rehab Reset

A brand-new series of stroke rehabilitation exercises created based on direct feedback from our community. Developed by Matt from Therapy Gyms and fitness instructor Anthony Bryan, this series includes a range of adaptable exercises that focus on:
- Improving mobility, strength, and balance.
- Offering seated and standing modifications to suit all ability levels.
- Providing clear, easy-to-follow guidance for stroke survivors post-rehab.
- Available with or without music to accommodate aural sensitivities.
Stroke Exercise Programme (Levels 1-5)
A structured programme designed specifically for stroke survivors at different levels of recovery. These 12-session programmes focus on key areas:
- Mobility & Movement – Increase flexibility and reduce stiffness.
- Cardio & Endurance – Improve stamina and heart health.
- Strength Training – Build muscle and support daily activities.
- Core Stability & Flexibility – Enhance balance and posture.
- Functional Movement – Improve real-world mobility and independence.
With five levels to choose from, you can start where you feel comfortable and progress at your own pace.

Neuroflow Tai Chi
Tai Chi has been shown to:
- Improve mood, energy levels, and reduce stress.
- Support those experiencing fatigue, balance issues, and coordination difficulties.
- Be a low-impact way to stay active and reconnect with movement.
Led by Giles Yeates, a consultant clinical neuropsychologist and Tai Chi instructor, this programme consists of 67 sessions, available on our YouTube channel.

Survivor Yoga with Anna Kerry

Anna Kerry, a stroke survivor and certified yoga instructor, created this stroke-friendly yoga session to help with:
- Reducing stress and improving mental well-being.
- Enhancing flexibility, movement, and relaxation.
- Providing an accessible introduction to yoga for stroke survivors.
Anna’s personal experience with stroke recovery brings unique insight into how yoga can support rehabilitation.

Webinar: Dealing with Post-Stroke Fatigue
A large number of stroke survivors have to learn to cope with Neuro fatigue following their stroke. A panel of 3 stroke survivors will tell us about their experiences coping with fatigue. They will explain what can or could trigger their fatigue and how they personally deal with it day to day.
