Sign up, set your intention and march on for younger stroke survivors!
Looking for a way to boost your fitness, add purpose to your day, and make a difference? Join our March On 2025 Challenge—an inclusive fundraising event designed to meet you where you are, regardless of mobility. Together, we can raise vital funds to help younger stroke survivors reclaim their lives.
What is March On?
March On is a flexible step challenge where you set your goal. Whether you’re aiming to walk across the living room or complete 10,000 steps a day, every step counts!
For those who find walking long distances challenging, this is the perfect opportunity to participate in a way that works best for you. Set a goal that’s personal—be it ten steps, one lap around the garden, or a new daily exercise routine.
We also offer a seated exercise option, ideal for anyone who would benefit from low-impact, adaptive exercises. Visit our YouTube channel for a range of seated workouts to help you find inspiration and set a target you’re excited to reach.

Who Can Take Part?
Everyone!
Friends, families, individuals, and teams are all welcome to join the March On challenge.
It’s a great way to get moving as a family and even teach the kids about supporting others while getting some daily exercise.
Set a team goal or take part as an individual, knowing that your efforts are supporting a meaningful cause.
Why March On?
Every pound raised from this challenge goes directly to Different Strokes’ core services, helping us continue to keep younger stroke survivors informed, supported, and motivated.
This challenge is all about community, determination, and the shared strength of stroke survivors reclaiming their lives.
Whether you’re participating in honour of someone, as a stroke survivor, or simply to support others, each step you take helps make a difference.
