We need your help to understand how well we are supporting our community of stroke survivors and people who love them.
We pride ourselves on being a user led charity. Each year we need your help to understand how our services are having an impact on younger stroke survivors and their families.
Our annual beneficiary survey is now live! This survey is very important to us, as it gives us feedback on which of our services people are using, how they rate these services, and what are the key issues for stroke survivors and their family members. These results then form the basis for our annual social impact report, which demonstrates our effectiveness and the value for money that we provide.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete, and we would really appreciate it if you could do the survey and forward to other contacts of yours as appropriate.
