In this episode, Sheelagh meets with Niki who survived an Ischemic stroke in 2016 aged 52. Niki talks about a family link, diabetes, anxiety and how she tries to combat these through diet and stress management. Sheelagh who is a stroke survivor who works for Different Strokes talks about the ‘brick wall’ caused by fatigue and they both discuss how frustrating fatigue can be.
