As we can’t currently meet face to face in local stroke peer-support groups, we hold twice-monthly catch up’s on Zoom. It’s an opportunity to get together, talk to people who understand and share tips and experiences over a cup of tea.
We have two virtual sessions in May which take place on:
· Tuesday 11th May @ 7pm
· Wednesday 26th May @ 3pm
The meetings are held via Zoom. You can join these meetings by clicking the link below just before the meeting starts: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89375341103
The link is the same for all sessions.
There is no specific agenda for these sessions, but they are designed to be a safe space where people can talk openly and honestly about their experiences and feelings.
Once the session has started, we will do a general welcome and then put all participants into breakout rooms, with a small number of people to ensure that you are able to have a good conversation in which everyone is able to participate. Each of these breakout rooms will have a facilitator.
There is no need for you to book a place on this session, you can simply join on the day, but so we get an approximate idea about numbers, please email us to let us know you will be joining us info@differentstrokes.co.uk
