Sandra Joins the Team

We are pleased to welcome Sandra Ross to the team as Regional Coordinator for East Anglia. Sandra will be working part-time to raise awareness of younger stroke and all our services across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex predominately building relationships with healthcare professionals across the region.

Sandra already volunteers with Different Strokes as the Group Coordinator for the Norwich Peer Support Group so joins as a member of staff with first-hand knowledge of the services we offer.

We are thrilled that Sandra intends to continue in her volunteering role with the charity as this is very different to her staffing role. Sandra’s role is part time, and she is going to continue her voluntary role co-ordinating our Norwich group in her free time – which is fantastic news all round!”

As a stroke survivor Sandra is looking to share her knowledge and experience with others and has already shared her survivors story with us. We are delighted to have Sandra join the team and wish her every success in her new role.
