In the spring of 2020 in response to the pandemic and lockdown restrictions, we launched a range of free to access online exercise classes that stroke survivors and their families could take part in from the comfort of home.
We are now delighted to share that we are now collaborating with Oxford Brookes University on a research study that will be a service evaluation of online exercise and tai chi groups for stroke survivors during COVID 19 social distancing.
