We use feedback from our annual survey of beneficiaries, case studies and social return on investment calculations to ensure that we are offering services that truly make a difference.
At Different Strokes, our mission centers around placing stroke survivors and their families at the core of our efforts. Our annual survey, open to stroke survivors, family members, friends, carers, and health professionals, is our compass for ensuring we’re meeting evolving needs. This feedback empowers us to customize our services, ensuring they remain meaningful and relevant.
Accountability is woven into the fabric of Different Strokes. We understand that every supporter wants to see their contributions make a difference. That’s why we’re steadfast in our commitment to transparency. Our Social Impact Report contains financial data and social return on investment calculations to precisely measure resource efficiency and the positive effects of our services.
Our new Social Impact Report offers an in-depth look at the power of Different Strokes’ services. From improved quality of life for survivors to bolstered support for families, the report underscores the need for on-going support for families impacted by stroke.
We unveil our plans as a direct response to community feedback. In the coming years we will continue working hard to expand our support for stroke survivors. From much requested in-person events and raising awareness of younger stroke, to updating our resources for the children of survivors and strengthening our relationship with Integrated Stroke Delivery Networks the report outlines our priorities for 2023 and beyond.
