Find out more about our Stroke Support Group in Whitstable
Our Stroke Support Group Whitstable provides peer support and exercise for stroke survivors.
The group is led by Volunteer Group Coordinator and fellow stroke survivor Jim Currie.
The group meets twice a month at Whitstable Umbrella Centre and takes part in various activities such as Boccia and seated yoga. They also have guest speakers and group bowling trips.

The group meets on the first and third Thursday of each month 2.00 pm – 4.00pm
