The Stroke Exercise and Support Group London East is a friendly place to meet fellow stroke survivors to share experiences, advice and to support each other through the challenges of stroke recovery.
The Stroke Exercise and Support Group is led by Volunteer Group Coordinator Caroline George and her brother Steve. Stroke survivors, family members and carers are all welcome.
The group meets every Friday at the Redbridge Sports Centre. The group has an instructor led exercise session specifically for stroke survivors.

Meeting Times
The exercise class meet on Fridays from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, followed by lunch until 2.30pm.
