Find Out More About Our Stroke Support Group Diss
We have a group in the Diss area of South Norfolk which is run by volunteer Peter Ellis who has personal experience of life after stroke.

The group is a place where stroke survivors and their partners can go to meet other people affected by stroke.
Meeting Times
The group meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 11.30 am. Come along to find out more about getting involved with this new group.
