Different Strokes is turning 30 and we want to celebrate with the people who made it possible: you!
On Saturday 18th July 2026 in Daventry, Reclaim will unite stroke survivors from across the UK for a powerful day of community, encouragement and honest conversations about life after stroke.
Daytime Event:
Join us to connect with people who understand and discover support, inspiration and practical ideas for life after stroke.
The day will include:
- Inspiring lived experience talks and Q&A
- Small group sessions on fatigue, communication, caring and exercise
- A vision board workshop to help you look ahead
- Dedicated time to connect and share stories
- Information stands from partner organisations
Whether your stroke was recent or many years ago, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it.
30th Birthday Celebration (evening):
In the evening we’ll celebrate 30 years of Different Strokes together.
Join us for:
- A three-course meal
- Entertainment and music
- A relaxed chance to spend time with the community
