Nightrider: a charity ride with a difference!

Nightrider is celebrating its 10th anniversary in London 2019, and you can be a part of this special cycle challenge! Taking place throughout the night, Nightrider is a charity ride which is all about having fun, seeing the sights and taking on a personal challenge. You can choose from a 50km or 100km the route around London. Explore the city’s top sights, latest attractions, famous landmarks and discover some lesser well-known treasures. Whether you’re cycling on your own, with your friends, family or work colleagues, we can promise you a different kind of Saturday night!
Date: 8th and 9th June 2019 Distance: 50km or 100km
This is not a timed ride and it’s not a sportive, it is all about having a good time and cycling together. The ride starts from the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark with a 1-mile lap of the road circuit before heading out towards north London. Both routes are circular and will take you past many of London’s most famous landmarks. Highlights include Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Tower Bridge, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the rare chance to cycle along The Mall! Full support, back up and regular break stops are provided throughout the night, along with a well-earned breakfast roll and medal at the finish.

You will need to pay a registration fee to the organisers and we ask to you commit to raising £250 minimum sponsorship for us. We’ll give you lots of support, help and advice to set you on the way to fundraising success. Our friends at The Treatment Lab in Milton Keynes have offered a free sports massage to one lucky participant on a first come first served basis who would like to sign up for this event and is happy to travel to Milton Keynes. The perfect way to ease those muscles whilst training for the big ride!
