Our Exercise and Peer Support Group is a place where younger stroke survivors can go and meet other people affected by stroke and take part in group exercise sessions.
The group is run by Volunteer Group Coordinator Darragh Donnelly. In 2022, Darragh won our Outstanding Contribution Volunteer Award. You can read more about Darragh and his award HERE.
The group meets at The Ark Church for lunch every Tuesday. The members then move onto the Colchester School of Gymnastics for a group exercise session.
Meeting Times
Lunch followed by exercise every Tuesday 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm
Please note we only meet during term time and are closed during school holidays.
