About the speaker:
Debby Hulmes, with extensive experience in the charity sector, including roles at Citizens Advice and a local Carers charity, will lead the session. As a supervisor at Milton Keynes Citizens Advice, Debby supports volunteers and caseworkers in assisting clients with benefit-related issues. Her expertise includes determining eligibility, completing forms, supporting with reviews and appeals, and drafting submissions for tribunals. Debby aims to demystify the benefit system and provide clarity during the webinar.
