We are extremely saddened by the tragic death of Jerry Johnson who died from a heart attack on Friday 2nd December, 2016. I am sure you will join with us to extend our condolences and thoughts to Jerry’s family at this difficult time as they try to come to terms with their loss.

Jerry was a remarkable man, who campaigned for improvements for working age stroke survivors, in particular the impact of Aphasia. Jerry never stood still having set up the Different Strokes Northampton group; worked with Greater Manchester Stroke Network; the Aphasia Alliance; UK Connect and he was also Finance Manager at Different Strokes. There is a lot to be proud of what he achieved and we feel very privileged to have worked with him and shared his journey.

If you wish to express your personal condolences, thoughts, photographs with Jerry, or even any funny moments you have shared with him onto a memorial page which has been set up by his family please visit the link below.
