Different Strokes have been chosen as Long Eaton RFC’s Charity of the Season.

We are delighted to announce that Different Strokes have been chosen as Long Eaton RFC’s charity of the season.

With special thanks from all at Different Strokes to Chris Smith, who pitched to the club and all at Long Easton RFC for their support. We cannot wait to see and hear what you achieve this season. All funds raised will go directly to supporting younger stroke survivors across the UK.

A representitive from the club said:

“At the last Management meeting the Club chose Different Strokes as the Charity that we will support for this Season. There were some very passionate pitches and suggestions from the membership and the decision was very difficult.
During the Season the Club will raise funds for the Charity, with a presentation at the Annual Dinner in May 2018.”
